This was a very nice new construction home for my wife and I. The home was very neat, clean and well stocked for a rental with all the basics. The one thing that we suspected from the pictures was confirmed when we arrive; this is a studio layout. By that I mean the one bed is located in the living room and open to kitchen and front foyer. For a couple, this should be good. For a family of 4 or more looking for a little more defined sleeping areas, this might not work. Only other thing I will point out is that Uber on more than one occasion had trouble pinpointing to this home. It got the drivers within a couple of houses, but on more than one occasion, I found our driver and/ or food at another home close by. Again, beautiful home and larger lot with mature trees, just be aware of the sleeping accommodations if that is a deal breaker for you.
