About the host
Your host
Kris and Terry have restored historic homes in Albuquerque for over 40 years. 10 years ago they saved an old adobe compound and heard about the short term rental concept. They have been thrilled that so many people from all around the country have shared their enthusiasm for experiencing time in these old properties.
Why they chose this property
Old Town was a pueblo community hundreds of years before the Spanish arrived. It was a thriving community before the train actually came to Albuquerque in 1880. It is truly an area that represents the three cultures of New Mexico -- Native American, Hispanic and Anglo.
What makes this property unique
The house is an opportunity to show the art collection of the owners and gives the guest the opportunity to see the various Southwestern arts.
Premier Host
They consistently provide great experiences for their guests
