Beautiful Lakefront Cabin with Unique Multi-Level Boat Dock Now With WiFi

This lovely Cape Cod style home has 4 bedrooms: Main floor bedroom with queen size bed, 2 upstairs bedrooms with 2 full beds in each, and 1 upstairs with bunk bed, daybed, and a twin bed. there are 2 bathrooms, 1 on each level. Downstairs is a family room with fireplace and large flat screen tv, sunroom, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with 2 refridgeraters. There is a den on second floor. Outside you will find a covered porch with ceiling fans and a brick patio with a charcoal and a top of the line gas grill.
The yard is very large and level to the water where you will find a one of a kind dock with a screened and covered second level. It is a great place to beat the heat under the ceiling fans, with a lovely view of the lake.

Fantastic Stay

For a group of fishermen, this home is outstanding for a location on Watts Bar Lake. The property manager is fantastic to deal with and all necessities are on-site to make your stay enjoyable. Thank you for another great year!

Great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very well stocked. Enjoyed multiple dinners on the screened in deck. Dock was under water when we arrived on Saturday but was able to use it by Sunday afternoon. Great protected cove too.

Second time have stayed at this property. Ideal for going to the Sand Bar and Euchee marina. Property flat, lots of squirrels. Most of the beds comfortable there are 9 total. Had a great time weather was not the greatest for boating but did make it out on the lake every day

place is awesome ! Very well stocked ! Faye is very cordial . On Sunday , my aunt who is 95 came over for lunch and we had 25 family members come over to visit. The place was perfect for that.

Wonderful Stay on Watts Bar Lake

Once again, we had a wonderful time at Maroon's cabin on Watts Bar. My children look forward to our stay every year. Faye is wonderful to work with. The cabin is clean. The lake is beautiful. The cabin in on a protected cove. We have made this our annual vacation. Thanks, Faye!!

Great Fishing Home

My large group really enjoyed the home and its location on the lake. Had all the cooking items needed and plenty of space. The dock was outstanding to hold our five boat group. Lastly, the property manager was a delight to deal with. Thank you and we will see you again next year.

Loved our Labor Day weekend at this lake house! The house is very accommodating with all the extras you need to be comfortable. The dock is amazing with the upstairs being screened in with fans. We had several families come visit and even a proposal there. It was perfect. The owner is so easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Lovely property / very relaxing

Loved the vacation we were able to have here. The bedding situation is perfect for a family with children. The lot was level and had easy access to the lake for fishing and fun. The water level only varied a little during our time there and was shallow enough for our grandchildren to play and for the adults to relax in. We are big cookers and eat all our meals there. The kitchen needs some attention. The stove/oven and the refrigerators have issues that can hinder their use. If you're looking for the Ritz Carlton then this will not be where you want to be but if you're looking for a family oriented location to relax and enjoy. Then this is the place. We truly enjoyed our time there and look forward to next year.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us! I hate that you had issues in the kitchen. The 1 stove eye that went out was not repairable and we have put in a new stove for future guests. I know when you are cooking for large groups that all 4 stove eyes are helpful. With 2 refrigerators in the kitchen we thought our bases were covered. However, after the appliance repairman and my husband could not pinpoint the issue in the second fridge we have decided to bring it home for our use. There will be a new fridge for next season so that the kitchen will continue to have the convenience of 2 refrigerators. We apologize for any inconvenience you had during your stay.

Peaceful retreat

Main plus points about this house is it sleeps a ton! So many beds and so much space! We are not bird watchers but sitting out on the patio in the morning, the wild life is all around. Comerans, turkey vultures, beautiful redheaded woodpeckers, hummingbirds, etc. The dock has an upper screened in dining-room. We had two dinners up there. The view was more beautiful up there than expected! Went up at night and turned on lights and played games too! Really enjoyed that. Water is very shallow and weedy by dock but boat was fine. I swam out there one evening and water was 88 degrees! Camp ground around the corner allowed us to use his boat ramp after calling for permission. Makes things so nice! Tv reception was perfect and all access. Hulu, Netflix etc if u hav a subscription. Short drive to Euchee by boat or car. All in all great house for many. If i had to make a suggestion it wld be to have some Kayaks to play with and explore! Thanks for the week, we enjoyed it!!

Wonderful time and Wonderful property

The property at Ten Mile was wonderful. This property had the most amenities of any property I've stayed at. Although you could sleep 10 or more we only had 8 people. Plenty of beds, plenty of space. The yard is so nice and easily can walk down to the dock. Dollar General and Gas station really close to pick up items. We ate at Gus's the food was very good. We loved being so close to the Sand Bar and Euchee Grill. Rained one day so we took the kids to Lost Sea Caverns then ate at Sweetwater. WE love the Watts Bar lake area, had always stayed on the Spring City side; but enjoyed the other side and will definitely come back to this property.

We chose this property because: The yard is very nice and level, The water at the shore is shallow enough for young children to play in yet deep enough for boats to come in to the dock. It sits at the end of a nice no wake zone which means it is very nice and quiet.

What makes this property unique

Our boat dock is a one of a kind on Watts Bar Lake. Level 1 has 2 slips, Level 2 has a huge screened in area with ceiling fans and lights, and Level 3 is a large open sundeck.
