Mayuri was the perfect bilingual contact who helped with anything I needed. There was a concierge at the property to open the gate when my hands were full. The apartments was just right. Big enough with lots of kitchen stuff, even though I didn't cook much. Nice fluffy towels and plenty of them. Leonsio picked me up at the airport with a sign with my name, just like a celebrity.There are 2 restaurant/bars across the street and LOTS within blocks. The sidewalks are a bit broken, as in many Latin American countries, but not too bad. A main metro stop is a few blocks, bus stops with a couple of blocks and Uber is super cheap. You can even take the Metro from the airport to Iglesia Del Carmen stop and walk a few blocks to the apartment! Scotty checked on me a few times by Whatsapp to be sure everything was good, Mayuri was on-call every day, but they had planned so well that there was really nothing I needed. Scotty even checked to be sure I got home after my trip. So considerate.
