The neighborhood is full of large lots that all used to be part of one property. The house sits on 0.9 acres, and all of the neighbors are great! In the time that I`ve owned the house and been working on it I`ve gotten to know quite a few of them and have enjoyed our conversations. The Autumn Home is semi-rural, and VERY quiet!
I think that having your own vehicle is a must, because this unit is semi-rural and I don`t know of any public transportation that runs near there. The home was built in the 1940`s, however, so a Uber or Lyft driver should have no trouble plugging it into the GPS
1) Please note! This unit is part of a duplex! the space is 100% your own, but there are shared walls with the other unit.
2) NO pets and NO smoking on property. A minimum of $275 fine for non-compliance, as well as additional cleaning fee and termination of reservation will occur.
3) ALL overnight guest count must be accounted for at time of booking, or approved with owners if changes occur after booking. NO over the
max guests allowed. This unit can accommodate 5 max. Sorry!
4) Quiet hours are 10pm - 6am.

Your host
I'm originally from CO, now in the southeast. I had the privilege to serve our country for many years and traveled the world on special assignments with the Army. Now, as an Army Special Forces combat Veteran, I am working toward laying down roots for my family since I am finally home. During my travels, and away from my family, I came to appreciate a well prepared and thoughtful space. My wife has joined forces with me to provide a comfortable, and economical, home-away-from-home for our guests. It would be our honor to host you during your travels, and serve you while you stay with us.
What makes this property unique
My home was built by a WWII Veteran for he and his family, and. later had an addition added. The home is in an older and quiet rural neighborhood, on a large lot, yet very close to common shops, and near main roads to get to downtown and surrounding areas.
