The apartment is located in a quiet building with only two floors and 16 apartments.
Suitable for up to 5 guests, it has 2 bedrooms: one large bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, large closet, drawer furniture, and USB connections; the other bedroom has 2 single beds and a small closet. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
Both bedrooms have blackout blinds.
It has 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances (microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric oven, gas oven, and toaster). Living room, dining area, internet, and cable TV are included.
There is a service room on the rooftop with a washing machine and dryer.
House Rules
Cleaning service is available upon request for an additional fee of $700 pesos per day.
For stays longer than 6 nights, cleaning service must be paid for at least once per week. This is mandatory.
If your stay is longer than 2 days, please take the trash out of the apartment.
Please help us take care of the apartment by turning off the lights and closing the water taps each time you leave the room/bathroom.

Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it offers an excellent balance between tranquility and accessibility. It is a peaceful residential area with tree-lined streets, parks, cafés, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance, allowing guests to experience everyday local life in a comfortable and authentic way.
At the same time, the neighborhood is very well connected to the main avenues and transportation routes of Mexico City, making it easy to reach business areas, cultural attractions, and shopping districts. What I enjoy most is that guests can stay in a calm and welcoming environment while still being close to everything the city has to offer.
