EXCELLENT APARTMENT IN BEACH GRANDE UBATUBA

Condominium is located in the prime area of Praia Grande Ubatuba, last street towards Caraguá, being the entrance to Restaurant Espaço W, gated community with 24-hour concierge and elevator, electronic gate with covered garage (1 parking space) we have swimming pool, adult / child, a heated pool and 2 saunas: indoor and 1 outdoor, games room, showers when you arrive from the beach.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor facing woods and holds 8 people (including adults and children) with screen screens on all glazed windows on the gourmet balcony.
1º The TV room with horizontal blind, rack and panel, 42 ”tv, sofa, and decorative frames, ceiling fan and air conditioning of 9,000 BTUs.
2nd Dining room with table and 6 chairs and decorative frames.
3rd Full kitchen with built-in cabinets, built-in stove, purifier, microwave, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, electric sandwich maker, blender, water purifier and general utensils.

O apto é simplesmente perfeito. Tem tudo que consta na descrição. Acomoda 6 pessoas em cama, restante no chao ou sofá. O anfitriãoébem atencioso. Um dos ar condicionado nao estava funcionando e acabamos avisando no segundo dia de hospedagem, o que dificultou o conserto. Mas ele tentou encontrsr um tecnico a tempo.. Tem carrinho para levar as malas, o que muito facilita. Tem purificador de agua no apartamento e na area comum. No apartamento, tem todo tipo de utensilio necessari. Muito perto da praia grande. A vaga do estacionamento é otima, sem precisar de manobras para estacionar, diferente de outros apartamentos do prédio. A sauna funciona. A piscina aquecida é um pouco pequena, e fica sempre lotada, mas é otima. O salao de jogos deixou um pouco a desejar, a sinuca falta algumas bolas e os tacos sao pequenos e quebrados, mas da pra se divertir. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

Apartamento muito bem limpo, completo, móveis novos, as fotos são totalmente fiéis. O condomínio também é muito bom, completo, os funcionários são de uma educação impar, atenciosos e te dão todo apoio possível; O Wagner contratante é muito educado e tirou todas as duvidas. O prédio e o apartamento são ótimos. Destaco as opções de lazer que o prédio oferece além da cordialidade dos funcionários e da manutenção das áreas comuns. E com relação ao apartamento além de toda sua excelente estrutura, destaco área de churrasco completamente equipada e muito bem montada com vista para a mata, e também ressalto as telinhas anti-insetos colocadas em todas as janelas.
