O imóvel é bom aconchegante, a Vanessa foi fantástica porem ao chegar no AP nao tinha luz e ficamos esperando 1hr até aparecer o eletricista para resolver, a foto do anuncio onde mostra a frente do prédio com estacionamento é diferente. Por fim o local é bom e vale a pena. Ass: Um cadeirante.
