About this property
Crystal-Gridded Cozy Studio with Private Entrance, Patio & Nature Access
Welcome to your cozy sanctuary in Charlottesville - a fully renovated, crystal-gridded studio designed with intention, beauty, and soul. This peaceful space is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, offering total privacy, calm, and easy access to both nature and town. With its own private entrance and sliding glass door, the studio opens into a warm and inviting space that includes a kitchenette, updated bathroom, two spacious closets (one transformed into a desk nook for remote work), and a cozy dining area. You’ll also have in-unit laundry, beautiful lighting, and thoughtful details throughout to make your stay feel grounded and nourishing.
One of the most unique aspects of this space is that it’s crystal-gridded - intentionally set up with crystals to offer energetic protection, harmony, and clarity. It’s more than just a place to stay; it’s a place to land and reset. Whether you’re visiting for work, study, healing, or simply to unwind, guests often describe the energy of the studio as light, safe, and deeply calming.
Outside, you’ll find a private patio lit by fairy lights, perfect for morning tea or a peaceful evening wind-down. You also have access to a seasonal pool on the property, making summer stays especially enjoyable. Just steps away, multiple walking trails lead into the woods and down to a serene, semi-private river spot where you can sit in silence, cool off in the water, or take in the beauty of the trees and birdsong. The surrounding area is full of hidden gems - a volleyball court, tennis courts, pickleball, and even a golf course overlooking the Shenandoah Valley are all within walking distance.
Although the setting feels like a quiet retreat, you’re just ten minutes from downtown Charlottesville. You’ll be close to restaurants, music venues, farmer’s markets, UVA, and some of the region’s best wineries and outdoor experiences. It’s a perfect home base for exploring, working remotely, or simply enjoying a slower rhythm.
The studio is equipped with two exterior security cameras—one at the front of the home and another facing the back patio and private entrance—strictly for safety and peace of mind. The space itself is entirely private, quiet, and secure. I’m always happy to greet you upon arrival and help guide you to the entrance, which is located down the side of the house and opens directly into the studio.
This space is ideal for traveling professionals, creatives, remote workers, or anyone looking for a comfortable and energetically clear place to land. With its thoughtful details, strong sense of peace, and immediate connection to nature, this little studio offers something rare—a grounded, beautiful, and sacred space to simply be.
