NO HOA!
What makes this property unique
We are on 3/4 acre, no neighbors sitting on top of us, neighborhood is super quiet and relaxing yet in the middle of a lot in surrounding area. Easy access to interstates. We renovated most of the house and dropped in a huge pool and pool deck.
