3 bedroom apartment, 15 minutes from BCN city center, 8 min. walk from the beach

Luminous apartment fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, with capacity for 6 people, three double rooms, two of them with single beds and one with a double large bed. It has a fully equiped kitchen, two private balconies, living room and bathroom.

It is a very cozy apartment, 15 minutes from downtown Barcelona by train (R1) and a 10-minute walk from the beach. It's very easy to get there from the airport.

IT IS A FIRST FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron, TV, microwave, toaster, washing machine (in the common terrace of the building).

It has a smart lock, allowing you to check in on your own.


IMPORTANT: Events, parties, smoking, and vaping are not permitted on the site (there are noise and smoke sensors with a €400 fine if activated).

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Emergency interventions between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. incur an extra charge of €50.

In the event of lost or forgotten keys, a service charge of €50 will be applied. If a new copy must be provided due to a lost key, there is a charge of €250 as the lock must be changed.

You will have to pay the TOURIST TAXES 1,1 €/person/night.


The scheduled check-in and check-out times for guests are:

Check-in from 3:00 p.m. / Check-out until 11:00 a.m.

Please note that the apartment is located in a building, so we ask that you respect the neighbors. Try not to make noise between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. When entering the building or the apartment, try to make as little noise as possible, without slamming doors or shouting in the house.

And remember that you are not allowed to have more guests or visitors than you indicate in the reservation.

Parties are strictly prohibited.

Please note that neighbors have the right to call the police. If any guest causes a disturbance, they must leave the apartment immediately (without refund).
