Central Luxury Apartment Moonlight with private garage and an elevator

The Moonlight apartment is a newly built apartment (2017), located in the center of Split just 5 minutes of walking distance from Diocletian palace, Riva and other historic sights. It is located on the third floor of a newly built residential building with a private elevator and a garage. One of the best restaurants and cafe bars called Perivoj is just 20 metres from the apartment. If you're looking for that special place to call home when you're visiting Split look no further. See you soon.

With modern and luxurious furniture and top of the line appliances you'll find everything you could possibly need on your vacation. The apartment has two double bed bedrooms, two bathrooms with heated floors, kitchen, dining room, living room and two spacious balconies surounding the whole apartment.

The first bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom, while the other bedroom has a queen size bed with bathroom across the hall. Both bathrooms have heated floors, and the bigger one also has a washing machine and a dryer. The whole apartment is heated and airconditioned and the bathrooms have floor heating.

In the kitchen there is a refridgerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, induction board, microwave, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils you could possibly need. In the evening you can enjoy in the mood lighting with ceiling led lights, spotlights and chandeliers. There is also an electric fireplace in the living room to complete the mood. If you wan't to check latest news on the internet or if you're on a business trip and need to check your e-mails there is a high speed free wi-fi network throughout the apartment.

The guests have the whole apartment for themselves. Everything you can see in the apartment is there to make your vacation or a business trip as carefree as possible. When you arrive at the apartment take your time and get to know it. It will be your safe haven for the remainder of your vacation.

Upon your arrival you're welcomed by us (Željka & Ljubo). We will give you the keys to the apartment and the remote controller for the private garage. You'll get short instructions about the place, the neighbourhood and places we recommend you to visit. We will leave you soon after to enjoy your accommodation and maybe to have some rest before you start exploring our wonderful city. Just to get you started there is a welcome basket on the kitchen counter full of tasty food and a bootle of croatian red wine. There is also water and juice in the refridgerator. In case you need to contact us or if there is some kind of emergency, you can use the smartphone you''ll receive upon arrival. It is filled with useful numbers: our contact number, hospital, police and fire department numbers.

- Tap water is safe for drinking.
- The air conditioning automatically shuts off when the balcony doors are open.

The apartment is located in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood, close to bakeries, shops, cafes, restaurants and bus stops.

Excellent apartment in a great location

Ljubo & Zeljka were excellent hosts. The apartment is well out-fitted for cooking in, close to a couple of markets, however an easy 10 minute walk into the old city if you want to go out. We would highly recommend this apartment.

381/5000 Wonderful welcome and impeccable availability of Ljubo who offered us a basket of practical food and a nice bottle of wine! The apartment was extremely clean, super comfortable and luxurious; very well equipped; quiet. Perfect location for visiting the old town and for day trips outside the city. Parking is available in the garage, which is great, but you don't need a car to visit Split when staying at this apartment. We highly recommend!

This is a very comfortable condominium apartment, very close to Diocletian’s Palace and the waterfront. 5 minute walk. There is a very good restaurant across the street, many coffee shops nearby (next door) and grocery stores very close. The owner met us at the apartment and we hooked up with “WhatsApp” so any questions we had were answered right away. Very accommodating. We would rent again on our next visit.

Luxury accommodation in safe, convenient and modern building.

Upon arrival we were met by our most gracious host to review the stunning property and general operations. Much to our surprise we were also gifted a basket of local treats and a bottle of wine. We stayed 5 nights during an unseasonal heat wave and we were kept completely comfortable with awesome air conditioning. The kitchen is completely stocked for light meals and gourmet dinners. The bathroom had everything we needed including a hairdryer and luxurious hair products. There were even 2 extra electrical adapters and spare batteries. Much thought and kindness has gone into this place and no details are overlooked. Bookthis!

Greatest apartment we have ever stayed!

The 4 of us have traveled in many countries & have rented many apartments & have to say that this is the best so far. The location was perfect with a 10 minute walk to the port. A large outdoor market at the port made it very convenient to take breakfast & picnic food on the ferries when we visited the islands. Because of the great location we left our rental car at the free apartment parking and walked everywhere without the hassle of finding parking. The owner has decorated this new apartment with beautiful furnishings, providing all the comforts we could want. Even the 2 patios has lovely furniture. This place has state of the art appliances.Great wine and some food items were left for us. The owner was there waiting for us when we arrived and answered all our questions.Count on hospitality!

We stayed in Moonlight apartment for one week first in June. The apartment is exceptionally beautiful. We have lived in luxury apartments around the world and we have had contact with different providers. This apartment is one of the best we have experienced. Everything was new, clean and cosy. Two nice terraces with good chairs, lovely bedrooms with their own bathroom - awesome. It is a quiet residential area, yet centrally located, just minutes down to the city centre. Nice host, nice and convenient welcome pack, grocery stores and bus stop in the immediate vicinity. And the exquisite Perivoj restaurant is just 100 meters away. We had a nice week in Split, thanks to the beautiful apartment and the friendly hosts. Should we ever come back to Split, Moonlight apartment would be our first choice.

Amazing apartment near the town center

The apartment was everything we expected and more! The building and the apartment are both brand new, comfy, cosy, and very clean. We stayed there in the middle of February and it was nice and warm in the apartment. We even had underfloor heating in the bathrooms. There are two bathrooms (one for each room) and two TVs . The kitchen is very modern with all the utensils you might need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are also two balconies, each with a seating area. The apartment is near the city center so we kept our car in the building's private garage (reachable by elevator) and went to see the city center on foot. There's a great restaurant next to the building, cafés and patisseries are also near. You can reach everything on foot. We were extremely satisfied with the property as well as with the hosts, who were such kind and helpful people. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Split. It's a real gem.

Best Apartment for Small Family, Great Location

We stay in a lot of HomeAway apartments, and this one may have been the best to date! The check-in process was very personal, which you often don't get. The apartment is in a perfect location that is close to everything but still away from the crowds in a quieter street. The attention to detail was perfect. The kitchen was completely stocked, including having necessary items like milk, coffee, juice, water, and wine ready for us. I have never had that happen. The beds were very comfortable. Also, so important. There is even a faux fire place and mood lighting in all the rooms. The attention to detail was just fantastic. Because the weather was hot, we had more time in the apartment than we usually spend, and it was nice to have such a comfortable place to hang out in the heat of the day. Around the corner is a grocery store, drug store, and many restaurants. I would stay here again and recommend to friends coming to Split.

Perfekt!

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten sie aus zwei Gründen ausgesucht: Die Lage in Zentrumsnähe und die Bilder der Wohnung. Wir wurden bei beiden Kriterien nicht enttäuscht. Die Wohnung ist in einem Top-Zustand! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig, die Sauberkeit war überragend. Egal ob wir am Esstisch oder auf der Couch saßen oder ein Glas Wein am Abend auf dem Balkon getrunken haben - wir haben uns immer wohlgefühlt. Platz ist in der Wohnung ausreichend vorhanden, auch bei vier Personen. Generell können wir feststellen, daß die Wohnung in der Realität genauso aussieht, wie auf den Bildern. Ein enormer Vorteil der Wohnung ist, daß dazu ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage gehört. Gerade in Zentrumsnähe ist überhaupt ein Platz und noch dazu ohne zusätzliche Kosten und sicher ein überzeugendes Argument. Wir hatten schon öfter Ferienwohnungen gemietet, aber noch keine hat uns so begeistert wie diese. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Željka war einfach super. Wir erhielten vorab eine WhatsApp-Nachricht. Auch am Anreisetag konnten wir mit ihr die genaue Ankunftszeit absprechen, so daß wir umgehend einchecken konnten. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes hat sie sich um uns gekümmert und sich nach Fragen und Wünschen erkundigt. Da wir unsere Urlaube gut vorbereitet antreten, benötigten wir ihre Hilfe nicht, was aber keineswegs an Željka lag. Fazit: Diese Ferienwohnung hat den Maßstab für kommende Unterkünfte sehr hoch gelegt. Wir bedanken uns bei Željka und wünschen ihr für das anstehende Ereignis viel Glück. Stefan K.

Incredible property and the very BEST in SPLIT!

Stop searching and book this gem of an apartment! The owner has thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable and memorable. He is extremely responsive and very pleasant. The owner met us downstairs and took us to the apartment and welcomed us with a gift basket, bottle of wine, juice and milk - he made us feel like family. He walked the apartment with us, so we get familiar with our temporary home and learned quickly that he has incredible attention to detail. The apartment is in a new building, it had an elevator, which made access to the unit a breeze. The unit is very clean, modern but not cold, stylish and feels like a great getaway home. Great beds. Blackout shutters. Spacious for Europe. Rainfall shower. Multiple balconies, to enjoy your morning coffee or tea! Side note, the TV has so many channels, it is unreal. Very convenient to shops, cafes and the pier. We were able to walk everywhere and loved how central it was. We really enjoyed our stay, the best rental we ever stayed at. Marvelous apartment minutes from Old Town. Ljubo left us a a wonderful gift basket of goodies, but, as good as they were, they did not compare with the quality of the apartment. So clean, so modern, so convenient. Might have been the most comfortable bed I have have ever experienced. A nice patio to enjoy a bottle of wine and unwind from a busy day. Terrific spot and hosts!

Great new property very close to Diocletian’s Palace. It was sparkling clean and Ljubo was there to check us in. He was very helpful to show us where everything is and how it works. They have thought of everything in the space which is great for a family or up to 4 people. We were 3 with our 13 year old son. Having 2 showers was terrific as well as laundry. He also provided guides and helpful advice. The gift basket of basic food items including a nice bottle of wine was the finishing touch! Having bread and milk as well as coffee and tea were great as we arrived after an overnight flight from Canada and were exhausted. Great restaurant nearby and lots in the old town which was just a short walk away. Air conditioning and secure parking is a real plus in the summer heat of Split. Terrific apartment within walking distance to the city center and harbor

This is one of the nicest apartments we ever stayed at on vacation. It’s fairly new with all amenities, like air conditioning and underground parking. Ljubo and his wife communicated with us several days ahead of our stay and welcomed us to their apartment with a large welcome basket that was filled with snacks and breakfast items. There was even milk and orange juice in the refrigerator. The apartment is tastefully furnished and we felt truly at home there - we cannot recommend it highly enough and would stay there again if/when we return to Split. This is most likely the best place to stay in Split!

Moonlight in Split

They say that first impressions count for a lot, and this apartment definitely has the WOW factor the attention to detail was second to none. Great thought and care has been put into the needs of the occupier, from the welcome hamper, with a delicious bottle of Croatian red wine, to air conditioning throughout, Moonlight definitely offers the perfect base for a trip to Split. And if you get tired of sightseeing, you can put your feet up in one of two balconies in the apartment. Ljubo was extremely considerate too, and was able to offer us a late checkout, which we were most grateful for. We felt extremely privileged to spend a week in such a beautiful apartment.

A pretty much perfect apartment for two couples. Clean, comfortable and modern with all the amenities one could reasonably ask for. Close to town, with nice terraces to enjoy some fresh air leisure time if you so desire. Last but certainly not least, truely gracious and accommodating owners. Very highly recommended.
