We’ve decided to make a big change: after living in the U.S. for 20 years, we are moving back to our home country of Colombia. We want our children to connect with their heritage and spend more time with their family there. While we are away, we’d love for you to make our house your home and create your own wonderful memories here.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood, because it offers a great blend of suburban living and convenient city access. The house is 8 minutes away from downtown in a peaceful neighborhood. The area is also highly accessible, with nearby grocery stores and easy access to ride-sharing services for a night out in the city. Its proximity to the Truckee River and parks provides opportunities for outdoor activities like skiing, walking, biking, and even kayaking.
What makes this property unique
After buying our house, we took on the remodel ourselves, pouring our hearts into every decision. We weren't just fixing a house; we were building a home specifically for our family to live in, and because of that, every detail was chosen with care and love.
