Brand New Lakeview Retreat: Beautiful Delavan Lake Views & Private Lake Access

We’d love to host you in our newly built, lake view home in Delavan, WI! We’re a short walk to the yacht club, assembly park, the Inn Between and the Lounge for easy access to entertainment, food and gift shops. Minutes to Lake Geneva, the home is 3,500 square feet with five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, Sleeps 12 people comfortably. Flat screen TV's in every bedroom and the family room and a lower level bonus room. Enjoy a brand new home with a new kitchen, new furniture and new appliances.

We have two other homes listed on VRBO that are also new builds
- 6br/5ba lakeside home with a dock (4047051),
- 5br/4ba lake view home (2830505)
- 5br/3ba lake view home (4718007)

Come enjoy one of the most iconic lakes in the midwest!

NOTE: Lake access is offered through an easement in our neighborhood about 200 yards from the home and you can walk the lake from there. We do not have a pier or dock included with the rental. The home has beautiful lake views through the trees but it is not waterfront.

Beautifully done house!! We were a group of ladies on a golf trip. The house was beautifully decorated, had tons of hang out spaces for groups and what a treat to have coffee on the porch and watch the water in the morning. The host had good communication before and during the trip. Would definitely book again.
