Welcome to this charming spacious cottage in Williamsburg. In the lovely and tranquil setting of King’s Creek Resort, this property consists of two units, connected by a locking door which can be open or closed, similar to connecting hotel rooms. The one-bedroom side features a king bed, 2 TVs, bathroom with jetted bathtub, and living room with TV, sofa bed, kitchenette and table, laundry closet, and deck. The two-bedroom unit features a large living room with TV, sofa bed, gas fireplace, kitchen and dining room, deck, and half bath downstairs . Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with TVs, bathrooms, and laundry closet. One of the bedrooms has a king bed, and the other has two twin beds. Fitness room, four pools, playground, activity room, mini putt-putt, and gas grills are available to use on the resort.

The only problems we had were with the fireplace and the discrepancy between the advertised checkout time and the actual checkout time that was told to us when we checked in. When we turned on the fireplace the first cool morning the fire alarm went off. There was no smoke but there was a smell of natural gas in the air. The fire alarm turned itself off when we switched off the fireplace. The advertised checkout time was 11:00 am but in reality it was 10:00 am. We found out that if we requested a later checkout time the day before the end of the rental we could get it moved to 11:00 am. It would also be nice if the photos on the Vrbo listing page were of the actual cottage in question, and the listing included images of the floor plan of the cottage being offered. Apart from these issues we had a wonderful stay.
