Two-bedroom, two-bath condo with magnificent ocean views from your 24' x 6' balcony over looking the ocean. Property features include: cable with 2 flat screen TVs, DVD player, WIFI, direct beach access, and 2 outdoor pools. Sleeping arrangements include: one king and two twin beds, plus a queen sleeper sofa. Linens for the king and two twin beds are included but guests must bring their own queen-size sleeper sofa linens. In-suite washer and dryer, updated kitchen with microwave, ceramic top stove, and dishwasher. Plenty of parking.

The property was perfect! The view was unbeatable. I really enjoyed watching the sunrises and all of the dolphins swim by every day! Close to many stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

The view was amazing! Unbeatable. Nights on the balcony were so relaxing. Kitchen was fully stocked and linens provided took one less thing off our shoulders to pack. The elevator was out of service which of course is out of everyone’s control- things happen! But a new one is coming in.

Absolutely loved this place! We had a girls trip and it was perfect ! The condo was as clean , smelled good , kitchen stocked with a great variety of things !! The view was amazing and the short walk to the beach was perfect !! I had an issue with locking my keys in the condo and the response was amazing !! They text back and had another key within minutes that we could use !! The only issue was the elevator was not working and the luggage carrier worked when we got there but not when we left. This is not a problem with the condo we stayed in so I do not see it as a negative !! You will not go wrong with this rental property!

This was a great stay. Loved the view from the living room as well as main bedroom. We had everything we needed for preparing breakfast and lunch each day. I loved that it wasn't just a well stocked kitchen - the quality of the items was higher than many bnb stays we haveexperienced. Great location, small market nearby. Easy beach walk to Jeanette's Pier. We definitely would stay here again.

Right out of the gate I'd rate it 5 stars. Great location, very clean condo, well equipped kitchen, but I'd take away 1 1/2 stars for various things. The elevator still was not operational even though it was being work on for 2 of the days we were there. The pools were just opened the last couple of days of our stay, and the biggest thing, the owner of the condo above us is doing renovations to his condo during most of the week (during the day 8am-4pm fortunately) and it was quite loud inside, and even on the beach outside. Understanding he had the right to do that, but it happened during our vacation.

Our family has stayed here for the past 3 years and we love it!! Let's just say that in addition to the beautiful view and great location, the caretakers and owner will do everything to make your visit amazing. Mike and Lisa are truly wonderful people. They make sure you have everything you need throughout your stay and even check in on you to see how things are going. We spend most of our time (12 hours/ day) exploring the OBX, but our special time is in the morning to watch the sunrise and the evenings to just listen to the waves. We are already planning to come back for our 4th year in a row!

Hands down the best beachfront location we’ve ever stayed. Step outside on the balcony at dawn with your coffee and watch dolphins feeding just offshore as the sun rises — it’s an incredible way to start the day. The beach is steps away, and you’re surrounded by great dining options.The two-bedroom, two-bath layout comfortably fit four adults and a child with room to spare. One tip: pack your own towels, since each bathroom comes with just the basics. Everything else you might forget is easy to grab nearby, but if you’re staying a few days, it’s worth picking up laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, extra towels, shampoo, soap, and groceries. The kitchen is well stocked, and a brand-new refrigerator was even installed during our stay.

This unit is as described in the listing & photos. It was cleaned well upon arrival, and no weird smells. Many units are pet friendly, as we saw several people with dogs. FYI, they all walk their dogs on the grassy area where the pirate ship playground is located. If you have little ones that want to play over there, just be mindful of that. Most pet owners were responsible and would bag up their dog's droppings.This unit does not allow pets, and we're thankful for that because I'm allergic. The location is nice and quiet. The views are amazing!The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking all meals, which we utilized. There is a Food Lion 3 miles away that does online ordering with pickup. It's so nice to be able to cook healthy meals and eat them on the balcony while viewing the ocean. The elevator has issues. It was not working before we arrived, but to our luck, it was fixed right before we checked in. We stayed 5 nights, and the elevator broke again during our stay. There is a luggage lift available, but that is super slow.It's not big enough to hold an expanded beach cart. It's just big enough for a few luggage items. We used the stairs the whole time which did get a little slippery when it rains and with all the people dripping from the pool & beach. We are fit people, so it didn't bother us.The beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of space to store your things so you're not living out of your suitcase the whole time. I recommend this place.
