Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all USED towels & wash clothes in the bathtub, close all blinds & leave any used blankets on the beds. Please empty all trash cans & take the trash outside to the big trash bin on the driveway.
Turn all lights off before leaving. Return thermostat to 76 in the Summer & 62 in the Winter.
Make sure windows & exterior doors are locked before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was very clean. The neighborhood was safe and it was close to the event that I was attending. The host was always in contact making sure everything was good and if we needed anything. We definitely will be back. I loved everything about the property.

Came out for the Rottweiler Nationals at Purina Farms. Stayed a whole week. House was great! Very comfortable and clean. I loved the privacy, especially since we had dogs with us. Hope to book it for next year!

Our property is unique as it sits on a wonderful spacious lot with no one on either side of us and has a privacy fenced back yard and offers a lot of outdoor activities for families and a place for our guests and their pets to hang out & relax.
