The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Valet trash runs Sunday-Thursday. The trash bin must be placed outside the front door no later than 6 pm. Only 2 bags allowed! Please place one bag in the bin and the other bag on top of the bin.
For each additional bag left outside, there will be a $75 fee incurred by the guest. This is what the tenant host is charged for additional bag fees.
Please do not make your bed. This lets us know what needs to be cleaned and what doesn't. Place all throws and blankets that are used in the bedroom floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space, which made a long weekend swim meet much easier and allowed our daughter to rest well between sessions. The location was very convenient, and having restaurants just steps away was a big plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and plenty of extras we didn’t expect. Everything was easy and comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful place. It is a perfect location with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Also Toyota Field in walking distance. The places was clean and well stocked. Gated community so makes it feel safe. Also the ground floor apartment was quite. We will stay here again.

Place was nice. Ground level, close to the beautiful pool area. Nice new furnishings etc. There was a bit of confusion at check-in, but we were able to contact the host directly and he answered and fixed the problem immediately. We were able to walk down to a Trash Pandas game in just minutes, and the place is practically next door to numerous great restaurants, and literally only about 10-15min from downtown Huntsville. We had a great time and it was a great location.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect, we had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Showers had great water pressure. Everything was super clean. My kids didn't want to leave. There are tons of games and activities. Great walkable area with restaurants. Nights were super quiet. All in all, we had a perfect stay and we should recommend this lovely condo to anyone. 10/10.

The reason I chose Ballpark Apartments is because it seriously has everything. Incredible outdoor pool and lounging area, 24-hour gym access, seconds away from the ballpark, food & shopping; this place had it all. I am excited to share this property with others through VRBO!
