About this property

Private Hideaway/Private Entrance -No access to main house, 2 bedroom suite

Home located in Tucson's beautiful NW with private quarters/private entrance into rental space. The two rental rooms are a part of the main home separated by a locking barn door. The owners live on the other side of the house with two cats on their side (no cat box in the house it is kept outside). The inside has an interior secured barn door dividing the rental rooms from the primary residence, thus it is not totally soundproof. Both bedrooms are included in the daily price. There is a full bathroom between the 2 rooms. The larger bedroom has a kitchenette, fridge, toaster oven/air fryer, microwave, induction burner, coffee pot, blender, croc pot, kettle and basic dishes. The kitchenette in the larger room is not separate from the sleeping space . There is NOT a separate full kitchen area & there is NOT a living room area in this unit. TV in larger bedroom with wifi, basic cable & HBO. TV in smaller room with a fire stick. Side yard with private BBQ, table/chairs & a fire pit for renters’ use. Plenty of safe street parking. Larger bedroom has a queen bed and smaller bedroom has a double/full bed. Laundry room is shared between owners and renters.

Quiet, clean and safe cul-de-sac home in a residential neighborhood.

Just a 7 minute drive to Catalina State Park, this single level private home is super clean and quiet. There is a grocery store just up the road which is only a 3 minute drive away. Several area restaurants are close by, plus golf courses, parks and bicycle paths.

A 30 minute drive from this NW home to downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona & where there are an abundance of activities. Located a mile south of the Oro Valley Recreation Center where day passes can be purchased for $10 to use the gym and pool amenities.

NOTE: Two cats and a small non barking pup live on the owner’s side of the house. They are NEVER allowed into the rental unit area but if you have cat allergies please take note.

This cozy place has everything you can think of! It is obvious that Lianna and Jim have put so much thought and care into their place. The space is perfectly thought out, including coffee pods and a hot plate to cook on. We spend the afternoon relaxing in the backyard, which is absolutely gorgeous and full of lush greenery. In the evening we went exploring behind the house of the Tucson loop. Thank you for a quiet, perfect few days of rest.

The hosts were very welcoming and wonderful. I would definitely choose them again. They provided a water tank for drinking water. I enjoyed having cable TV in the first bedroom and I appreciated access to the laundry room and to an outside seating area. They thought of so many details to make walking in the dark like motion lights. They had beautiful flowers.

Lovely Stay in Beautiful Oro Valley.

My hiking friend and I loved the accomodation offered by Liana and Jim in their home in Oro Valley. Everything we needed and more was readily available, the accomodation was clean and attractive and has two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds. Oro Valley is a perfect location to enjoy the surrounding mountains and the property affords easy access to the Tucson loop.

Super Cozy, Very Clean

Convientlocation Hosts were so nice

Comfortable, quaint and nicely decorated. Clever use of space. Hosts were very nice and helpful. It was part of their house with separate enterance and space. The only downside was that you had some noise due to close proximity and the kitchen was not a separate space from the second sleeping area . I would stay there again if in the area

The little apartment was very clean with nice linens and towels. We appreciated having access to the washer/dryer. The hiking and sites we wanted to visited were within a short drive. The only slight negative was being able to hear voices on the other side of the door that separates the apartment from the main part of the house.
