Pacific Point Beachfront Studio
Nestled in the heart of Jacó, Pacific Point is a newly built family-friendly beachfront condominium. It is located in the very center of Jaco, with a minute's walk to everything, including the restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Staying in our condominium, you will have access to all its amenities—a 25-meter lap pool with an ocean view, a well-equipped gym, a co-working space, a barbeque area, a ping-pong table, and a rooftop area for amazing sunsets.
The studio is on the 5th floor and has a North-West exposure and has a great view of sunsets from its large patio.
Fully equipped with all needed for a carefree stay. The studio is great for two persons staying a week or two, for longer stays it is best for a solo traveler.
The amenities include high-speed Internet, hot water, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, espresso machine, cotton bedsheets, 18/10 pans and silverware,
Our property is family-friendly, with many residents living here permanently. The building has a policy requiring respecting quiet hours which are 10pm-9am, as well as no-smoking thought the condominium.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
