A gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances has all the luxuries you need to make a delicious meal for your family and friends. Granite countertops, custom lighting, and carefully chosen touches make this kitchen a delight for preparing meals and gathering. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and other accouterments to make everything from a PB and J to Thanksgiving dinner.

Need to work while on 30A? A built-in desk and chair are available near the dining table in a semi-private nook. The whole home WIFI ensures no missing a Zoom call, unless you want to.

A bonus family room on 2nd floor is a great spot to get away with a book or for the kids to enjoy their own chill time. It is a classic space and ultra-comfortable.
