A few house rules:

- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements. A 70 USD one-time cleaning fee will be added to the rental.
