With a dazzling heated pool, large grass backyard, and BBQ & outdoor dining area, this private and stylish home is the PERFECT spot for you and your family's Arizona adventure. Soak up the sun, relax and enjoy. We can't wait to host you.

The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.

You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.

The overall experience at Fountain Palms was superb. The property manager, Dawn, is prompt with return texts. The property is clean and is well kept. The property is in a safe neighborhood and close to an abundance of outdoor activities. Fountain Hills is away from Scottsdale and Phoenix. Therefore, it is quiet, however, there is plenty of things to do and great restaurants to try. I would highly recommend this property.

Fountain Hills is one of the most beautiful areas in Arizona.
You'll be ONE BLOCK from Four Peaks Park, which features picnic areas, lighted tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, and a huge kids playground. The famous Fountain Park is only 1.5 miles away. The park has lighted walkways surrounding our beautiful lake that houses our 500+ foot fountain. Also at the park, you'll find a professional 18 hole disc golf course.

Restaurants, grocery stores, urgent care, hiking and shopping are all within walking distance, 2 miles from the home. Mountain biking, and hiking trails at McDowell Mountain Park on only 5 minutes away.
Tee off at Sunridge Canyon Golf Club, Desert Canyon Golf Club and Eagle Golf Club, which area ll about 5 miles from the home. Scottsdale is only a short 20-minute drive. The home is the perfect home-base to explore beautiful, Arizona!
