Cozy Beachside Studio – 2 Min Walk to the Sea
Guests have full and private access to Studio Nauta and all its amenities. Studio Nauta, fully renovated in 2025, is located in a historic townhouse in Izola’s old town, just minutes from the beach, marina, local cafés, and cultural landmarks. It offers a tranquil retreat with a minimalist nautical vibe – ideal for couples, solo travelers, and digital nomads.
The Studio features a queen-size bed (160×200 cm), a fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine, microwave, and dishwasher, a cozy dining nook, a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV. The windows have mosquito nets and traditional wooden shutters. The studio is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator).
Guests have self check-in via a keybox system with a code sent one day before arrival. Entrance and staircase are shared, studio is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). Public parking is available nearby.
