Separate Main House: Please note the separate main house adjacent to the casita may be occupied by long-term residents and that outdoor areas may be shared between guests and main house occupants.

Pool Suitability & Use: Please note the home has an open pool without additional barriers or gates and as a result, this property is not suitable for young children under the age of 12.
