Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please enter the code on the keypad and turn the knob to the right to lock door on your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please note, there is a $20 parking fee that you will need to pay in the Condo lobby upon arrival. Fee is $30 if staying 7 days or longer.
No Parties. No Motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed. Please note, this is a 3rd floor walk-up unit with no elevator.
Please note, this unit does not include sheets/linens/towels. This unit also doesnt provide bathroom supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste
