This cozy home can offer you a home away from home for a short weekend or extended stay with centrally-located access to all the events, parks, trails, and businesses that make the Cedar Valley special.

The living spaces are all on the main level with two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The main living area has an open floor plan connecting the kitchen and living room with lots of natural light. There is a fenced in yard. You can also enjoy your time on the quiet street on the front porch.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Please place all used towels in the bathtub. Clear the fridge of any leftovers, it is okay to leave condiments. Place kitchen trash in the green trash bin in the driveway.
Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, and set the thermostat AC to 72 degrees or heat to 68 degrees.
Make sure all exterior doors are locked and place the house keys back on the hook by the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an immediate $500 fine plus any cost of remediation.
Evidence of additional guests over maximum established in listing will result in an immediate $500 fine plus any cost associated with removal.
Early check-ins or late checkouts must have prior consent of host. Fees may apply for early check-in or late checkout. $50/hour.

This darling house was perfect for our two day bike trip to Cedar Falls. We love being in a quiet neighborhood, a place to keep the bikes too! We love walking the half mile to town for a good beer, dinner and ice cream. The house is simply and tastefully decorated, the kitchen has just the right supplies, very easy and well thought out. Rachel is easy to communicate with and she went above and beyond to get us settled on day one.
