Luxurious townhome 10 minutes from Snowbasin Ski Resort. Book early for ski season availability. Hike, mountain bike, snowboard, paddleboard, jet ski -- nature's playground is calling you.

Private hot tub, BBQ grill, gas fireplace, free WiFi, satellite TV, laundry room, and garage parking.

This home is simply beautiful with elegant, modern decor. The kitchen, living room, and dining room create a gathering place to entertain guests with large, open windows for lots of natural light and mountain views.

Cooking is easy with a fully stocked kitchen including cookware, dishes, and basic spices. Appliances are all stainless steel.

Bedroom one is a large queen master ensuite located on the upper level. Bedroom two and three are queen bedrooms with three having an ensuite bathroom and bedroom two will have the hall bathroom. Bedroom four, located on the lower level, has the final queen bed with a hall bathroom. The lower level also includes an air hockey table, giant Sony flat-screen television, and a queen sofa sleeper.

The complex community includes year-round hot tub access, seasonal outdoor heated pool, pickle-ball courts, horseshoe pit, and bocce ball. Situated on the shores of Pineview with stunning water views. NO boat parking
