Nice condo, great location, awesome view

We loved the layout of the condo everything was so comfortable and the and the resort had a beautiful swimming pool and a nice casual outdoor restaurant. The location was unbelievably convenient and gave us an amazing view ! Would definitely stay here again !!!

The unit was spacious. Kitchen had utensils, cookware, dishes etc. Beds were decent, linens were tired but functional. 4 issues that made this a 3 out of 5.1. Burnt out light bulbs 2. No chairs on MBR balcony or beach chairs 3. Extremely loud AC unit for second bedroom. Needs attention! Very difficult to sleep 4. Toilet paper was minimal, not sufficient.

La unidad 702 se encuentra en el piso 7, una persona de 91 años me acompañaba y fue bastante difícil moverla a través del complejo. Las persianas de la habitación primaria no bajaban ni subían, presumo que había un control remoto para operarlas, sin embargo ni se otorgó un manual de usuario, ni se especificó que control, ni tenia baterías con carga. Al tratar de bajar las persianas de la sala/comedor ( las cuales eran análogas(utilizan cordón)) esta me cayo encima de la cabeza, gracias a Dios el golpe no fue contundente y no pasó a mayores, no soy contratista de construcción o remodelado de interiores, pero los dueños deben hacer algo al respecto o los futuros huéspedes seguirán teniendo más accidentes como esos. PORFAVOR tengan cuidado con que condominio rentan y asegúrense de preguntar en qué condición estan porque dejan mucho que desear. Entre otras cosas, el complejo no tiene tina/jacuzzi, en varias ocasiones la alberca estaba clausurada debido a accidentes infortunios de niños/bebés de familias que claramente no hacen caso que no pueden meter a sus niños si no están entrenados para contener o tener control intestinal. No hay suficientes sombrillas tanto de playa como de alberca. Hay un solo restaurante, le doy un 4/5 de calificación porque aunque tienen un menú algo limitado, fue deleitoso. Los elevadoras son muy lentos, pueden tardar tan rápido como 15-20segundos hasta más de 5 minutos( y si, lo cronometré en los 6 días que estuvimos). 4/10 en calificación final.
