4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms within walking distance to the beach. Parking for 4 cars. Perfect for a family beach get away. 50 minutes to Boston and 30 minutes to Cape Cod.
First floor Master had a full bathroom and queen bed. Second floor has three bedrooms with a full bath. King Henry’s room has a king bed. The bunk room has bunk beds and a full bed. The Queens room has a queen bed.

Great cottage near beach

Aunty M’s cottage is really comfortable and very close to the beach. You have to bring all your sheets and towels and there are no beach chairs which was tough for us driving 14 hours but the cottage is a steal for the price. We had a great family vacation with 9 of us.

Perfect beach house, sleeps 9. 2 houses away from beach entrance. Nice backyard with huge deck. I would 100% stay again! We had a great vacation.

Clean, comfortable and feels like home

A wonderful property filled with love!! It has it all; perfect location, fenced in yard, enormous back deck, plenty of space to relax and unwind. There are numerous options nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. When pulling down street you literally feel like you are away from it all. Home is very clean and updated. The kitchen has everything you need. Updated TVs and a little game area for families to enjoy their time together.

Love the beach!

This home has such a beachy feel to it and being just 2 houses away from the entrance to the beach was wonderful!! There is plenty of room in the home that made us feel very comfortable. The area is so friendly and loved walking to the Brantrock for an ice cream treat at night. Will stay here again!
