Open the front door and step into our peaceful penthouse paradise! Enjoy spectacular, unobstructed, panoramic views of the Gulf from the living room, master bedroom, and oversized balcony. You'll have an amazing view from this 2,350 square foot 11th floor corner unit where you can watch dolphins play in the surf and see pelicans, seagulls, and ospreys fly by right at eye level. We like to think it's the best view in the whole complex and our renters agree!

The living/dining area has an open concept floor plan with a wall of windows facing the Gulf. Enjoy a beautiful sunset from the dining table which seats six. There is extra seating at the kitchen bar and breakfast nook. Relax on the huge sectional and watch a movie on the 55" Smart TV (with Blu-Ray/DVD player), or step out onto the balcony and unwind to the gentle breeze and the sound of the waves. You'll find 4 high-back chairs, a large table, 2 cushioned lounges, and plenty of room to spare. You could literally spend your entire vacation right here!

Fully appointed kitchen includes breakfast nook, granite counter tops, custom finished cabinets, refrigerator, separate ice maker, oven, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Laundry room houses a full size top-load washer and dryer. Other features include free wireless internet, 10 foot ceilings with ceiling fans, central heating and air, safety rails in all bathrooms, and plush carpet in bedrooms.

The elegant master suite includes a spacious bedroom with a reading library and flat-screen TV/DVD player, separate access to the balcony, and a large master bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity, and lots of closet space. The spacious second bedroom features modern nautical decor, a king sized bed, sitting area featuring twin daybed with trundle, flat-screen TV/DVD player, large closet, and full bathroom with shower tub. The third bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD, closet, and its own bathroom with shower tub.

We had the best week. Condo itself was very spacious and the closest walk to the beach. Right across the street from Walmart. Security seems like it was 24/7, always felt safe.

Clean and Comfortable

Overall, the condo was extremely clean and well-furnished. We were impressed with the size of the rooms and common areas. Great view of the beach and the condo amenities were excellent. The whole family agreed that of the dozen times we've been to Orange Beach, the condo was the nicest and most spacious. Would definitely rent again.

Family vacation

We had a great vacation! Condo was very nice and clean. Loved the ice maker in the kitchen. Would love to stay again. Condo location was great and the pools were awesome. I wish the beach did not require a key fob access. It would have been nicer to have number key pad to unlock it instead of keeping up with key fob.

The property was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed all our meals on the balcony and were even entertained by the dolphins while we ate. Beautiful Views

Checkijg in was a little hard but easily remedied. Had to leave a message to get anyone. Very pleasantly surprised how beautiful the livingroom and master bedroom were decorated. I feel for the amount we paid for lodging there should have been more toilet paper and supplies. But overall the views, access to a private beach and pools were spectacular! I would highly recommend staying here again.

This very large condo has a stunning view of the gulf. Some things that we really liked were: Gorgeous gulf view Large patio with lots of seating Each bedroom has own bathroom Very spacious Master bedroom separate from others Kitchen well-stocked Lots of amenities Extremely short walk to beach Full size and single cup coffee makers Right across the street from Walmart and other markets, restaurants, and liquor stores (walking distance) Ice maker! Family Beach Trip

Dream Come True

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most incredible time once again at Seachase. This was our 4th year coming to Seachase and we will be back next year. Several issues happened outside of Seachases control and they handled them with incredible poise and professionalism. One of the problems was 1 of the 2 elevators stopped working a few times in one of the buildings... They reassured that all buildings are getting new elevators this Winter. That will be a million dollar remodel within itself!!! I have 3 little kids and the environment at Seachase is one of the reasons we continue to come back. Our Condo was perfect. Thank you Seachase for helping my family have the best beach trip. You guys are so amazing!!

Uncomfortable sofas

The unit was spacious and well arranged. The sofas were very uncomfortable- no support at all. The appliances were all very old, for example the dishwasher left the dishes wet and the thermostat had to be 25 years old and it was difficult to accurately control the temperature. Towels needed fabric softener.

The facility is nice and well kept, the beach access is convenient and generally not over crowded and the pool areas are nice. There are lots of convenient stores for groceries and shopping. The drive to Foley, Gulf Shores or the Florida line are all relatively short and easy to navigate. We fell in love with this particular unit and will like use it again in the future as our kids have gotten much older and sharing of beds is more difficult due to their size. It had plenty of room for an additional guest or two for grandparents or kids' friends. It was nicely equipped for the most part, furniture, kitchen ware, and house linens. It was lacking items that other units have had such as beach towels and toys/chairs, but those things are extras.The only issue we had this trip was the elevator got stuck once and had issues a few different times while we were there, scaring my daughter into taking the stairs.

Unfortunately, it is not well maintained and the kitchen is poorly furnished for a family vacation. The pocket door in one bathroom is off the track and cannot be closed. This is a pricey rental and there is no excuse for not having this repaired. One of the toilets did not flush properly - it needs to be repaired or replaced. The TV in the living room could not connect to the Dish Network. This was due to an equipment problem that occurred over a week ago. It should have been corrected before we walked into the unit. I got stuck in one of the elevators. I was stuck for only a few minutes, but it was not a pleasant experience.

The view from the 11th floor is wonderful and there is generous seating on the balcony. A few issues merit mentioning. For a luxury condo, there are few amenities. The bathrooms had 2 tiny bars of soap and nothing else - not even Kleenex. There were no blankets except the very thin ones one the bed (and it was cold the weekend we were there). There is no Keurig. There are no premium channels available to stream on television without signing in with your personal account and I was unable to "cast" movies from my personal computer. I have stayed in multiple beach properties and have always had access to at least Netflix. There were no beach chairs available for renter use. These are not major issues but future renters should be aware.
