Updated Village Center Ski In/Out Condo with Slope Views and 2 Decks

Just like its namesake indicates, the Village Center is at the epicenter of the Purgatory Ski Resort experience. There is no better location for your winter or summer adventures.

Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom single level condo (Unit 305) offers views of the slopes from both bedrooms as well as the Main Living Space. The condo also features a gas grill, washer/dryer and WIFI. The building features a hot tub on the roof with area views, a restaurant, 2 bars, an arcade, a slope side deck, Purgatory’s ski school, the Purgatory childcare facility, 2 ski rental shops (one for high performance gear), and the resort’s premier shopping location, Purgatory Sports. With the deli right next door offering great sandwiches, breakfast, and light groceries, you truly won’t have to get in your car after you arrive.

Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Please note that, like almost all properties at Purgatory, the condo not have AC, as it is generally not need at this elevation (9,000 ft). Temperatures are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40/50s.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice property with a great location! The only thing I would note is the description says both rooms have en-suite bath and only one does. The other bath is outside the other room.

Great location. Main bedroom needs a new mattress. Bedding could use a refresh. It was clean and had the basics for a great trip. Thermostats need to be changed to control temperature accurately. No ski lockers with this unit. Must pay extra if you want to use the pool.

When we checked in condo was dirty. Both beds had no bedding whatsoever. No towels or wash cloths were in bathrooms. No coffee in the kitchen. We received a text saying condo was ready to check in. Very disappointing for the money we paid.
