Wi-Fi. 1 24-inch HP HDMI monitor, 1 HP printer. Convector electric heating. Minimum rental time: 3 to 7 days depending on the period. Electricity, water, gas, internet connection, city hall taxes, included in the rate. Cancelation: Booking deposit of 50% not refundable.
Special Conditions and Regulations: It is necessary to check with the insurer the close-out provided in his home insurance policy: “resort liability”. Pets are not allowed. The Check-in is at 3 pm. Any special demand except this schedule must be previously made and, in every case, cannot exceed 5 pm. The check-out is at 11 am. A deposit of 20% (with a minimum of € 500) of the amount of the rental is requested at check-in by check or cash a) returned within a week of the check-out if no damage is found or b) within a maximum period of one month, deducting, where appropriate, the sums of money, covering damages or, if necessary, the cost of a cleaning company beyond the 4 hours provided for the check-out. All linen is loaned free of charge. It must be returned cleaned (with the exception of the last set in use on the morning of the check-out).
A RAINBIRD automatic watering system works at night. We can on request stop it punctually or possibly change the schedule.
Housekeeping: The villa, its equipment and surroundings must be made clean at the check-out and as found at the check-in. 4 hours of housekeeping or concierge service are provided each week including check-out (day and timetable to be fixed at check-in) – estimate 4h: 100 € to be paid separately at check-in.
