Enjoy the sunrise from Oasis de Sol, a luxury 4 Bedroom, 4.5 bath home situated on an oversized lot overlooking the 8th Green and a lovely lake on the Nicklaus Tournament Course at the prestigious PGA West in La Quinta, CA. This is your oasis in the desert. Ideal for couples, families, friends, and groups, up to 10 people.

OUTSIDE
After you enter through the iron gate of Oasis de Sol and walk past the one-bedroom Casita, you’ll find a lovely private courtyard with a delightful rock-waterfall pond. Continue along a stepping-stoned path to the private backyard patio. From a lovely stone wall, water cascades into an aqua-marine pool and from the smooth-stone Jacuzzi, more water spills into the pool. Cook outside in the sunken BBQ area with grill. Eat al fresco at the eight-person patio table. Sip a cool drink while sitting on one of the swim-up barstools. Stretch out on one of the buoyant sea-blue floats in the salt water pool. Bask in the desert sun on luxury chaise lounges with plenty of pillows and towels. Curl up on the outdoor sofa sectional and gaze at the distant mountains. Watch golfers from afar. Play ping pong outside day or night. Enjoy a nightcap under the desert sky. Luxuriate in the steaming Jacuzzi while you watch the sun come up or stargaze before bed.

INSIDE
Inside Oasis de Sol is equally splendid. Entering through the custom-arched double doors, you’ll find an open-living space with high ceilings and a lovely view of the patio and pool area through floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. Enjoy two living areas. Get comfy in front of a gas fireplace or stream a Netflix movie on a new 65” OLED wall-mounted Smart TV in the entertainment seating area. Play one of the games from our kid-friendly game collection. Adjacent to the TV area is a sunken wet bar, well-stocked with new barware for inside and (Plastic) for outside use.

In the center of the great room is a well-equipped GOURMET KITCHEN, designed for entertaining with barstool seating at two counters. Prep dinner on the chef’s island. Cook on the gas stove and in dual ovens. All kitchenware, dinnerware and glassware are new, including stainless steel Calphalon pots and pans. Eat at the kitchen counters or dine at the formal dining table which has seating for eight.

SLEEPING
Down a hallway, past the powder room are three bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms.
To the left is a spacious Master Bedroom with a sliding door to the Jacuzzi/pool. The large bedroom has a California King Bed (down comforter, down pillows, premium cotton sheets), sitting area, new smart TV and walk in closet. The en suite Master Bath has separate vanities, a roomy walk-in shower, sunken tub, and private toilet and bidet. Sleeps 2.

To the right are two other bedrooms.
The second Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed (down comforter, 2 down pillows, premium sheets), and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. French doors open onto the courtyard rockfall. Sleeps 2.

The third Guest Bedroom is a Bunk Room that has a Queen Bed (down comforter, premium sheets, 2 down pillows), and a built-in loft with two Twin mattresses. Sleeps 4.

For complete privacy, the charming Casita is separate from the main house with a private entrance off of the landscaped courtyard. It has a California King Bed (down comforter, 2 pillows, and premium sheets), a new Smart TV and an en suite bathroom. Sleeps 2.
