Charming studio in peaceful Long Beach with AC

Escape to a quaint studio in Long Beach, perfect for two guests maximum. There is a full set of stairs so please make sure this works for you physically before booking. This gorgeous rental offers a cozy bedroom, perfect for a relaxing getaway. With a full size bed, fresh linens and towels, you'll feel right at home when you walk in the door. Although there is not a full kitchen, with amenities like a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge, you'll lack for nothing. A stand up shower bathroom completes the studio and is recently fully renovated. The fantastic AC ensures comfort during your stay. There is a pool on the property but this is not included in the rental. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Please lock the door. To do so, close the door from the outside and press the "kwikset" button on the keypad. That's it!
Please deposit the trash in the brown can downstairs on the way out.
Any used towels can be hung up or placed in the basket in the closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please park in the designated parking spot as show in the pictures. It is right next to the stairs.
