Lovely apartment centrally located between Prescott & Prescott Valley

This delightful Prescott apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with natural landscaping. It boasts 1000 square feet and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. It has a full kitchen minus the dishwasher, dining room, living room, laundry room, and large bedroom and bath. Fully furnished with farmhouse style decorations. The space is beautiful and perfect for guests looking to unwind after a day of exploring. With amenities like heating and AC, you'll be comfortable no matter the weather. We are located about 4 miles from the historic downtown Prescott. It is an easy 15 minute drive. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our apartment.

Note: This apartment is in the lower level of our home with its own private entrance. It has a shared deck that we use to let the dogs out into their yard. You will hear some upstairs/downstairs noise, but it should only be normal living noises. You may see wildlife in the early mornings and evenings. Please, do not feed them. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. There is no smoking in or on the property.
