The space
The main level includes master bedroom with king bed, 2nd bedroom with full bunk bed, oversized sunroom, living room and kitchen.

The lower walkout level has private access and includes a large guest suite with 2 queen beds, full bathroom and an attached game room for hours of entertainment in and out of the sun.

Located in a serene cove with big water views, just minutes from downtown Chapin and within 40 minutes to downtown Columbia. Or, for a unique adventure, hop in your boat and cruise across Lake Murray to enjoy waterfront restaurants, parks, and entertainment destinations scattered along the shoreline.
