-Keep the door locked at all times. Owner is not responsible for lockouts, lost/stolen personal items in the unit, etc.

-Do not hang towels or anything on the shower curtain rod. A hook is located on the back of the bathroom door for your use.
-Do not hang personal artwork or anything on the walls or windows.
-Do not put hot pans on the countertops. Felt trivet is available in the kitchen drawer to place under hot pans.
Items like coffee pods are available in the unit for your use but will not be restocked by the owner. Enjoy!
-Smoking (cigarettes or other) is not allowed in the unit. Please use the roof deck or take it outside.
-Please comply with building laundry etiquette posted in the laundry room.
-Maximum occupancy for the unit is 3 people.
-Please report any signs of pests to the owner ASAP.
-Dispose of old food in a timely manner - trash room is located in the basement.
-Do not store personal items in the basement. Bike storage is available in the trash room just beyond the blue cans. Bikes should be locked up and stored properly in the basement.
-Tenant is responsible for drain clearing.
-The bathroom does not have mechanical ventilation. Please open the window to encourage ventilation and prevent mold growth.
-Quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM per building noise rules.
-No parties or large gatherings in the unit. The roof deck is a common space and cannot be reserved for parties. The BBQ can be reserved for cooking.
-Additional guests cannot stay more than 14 consecutive days
-Report any maintenance issues within 24-48 hours
-No flushing non-toilet paper items
-Kitchen must be cleaned after each use
PARKING SITUATION
There is no parking in the building. You can park on the street for free but it is limited to two hours during the day and unlimited during the night. Or you can use one of the several parking garages located around the unit:
