This was a beautiful place with stunning views of the Gulf! There was great communication when arriving and departing. We had no issues our entire week stay. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway.

When we arrived, the room was not cleaned, and we got there at around 6:30 pm. We had to get a hotel room, which was a roach motel, so I had to call the owner and stay after I declined initially. So, we wasted a day that could have been enjoyed on the beach, as we did not move in and get settled until way after 10:30 pm. I must say, though, that the owner was very apologetic, but that still did not negate the fact that one of the days was wasted, and no amount of apologies can get that time back.

Thank you for your feedback. I again apologize for the delay in cleaning upon your arrival. This was the result of a failure by our cleaning company, which has since been addressed. That said, I do want to clarify a few points for accuracy. You arrived at approximately 6:30 PM, and the condo was fully cleaned and ready by 9:15 PM the same evening. While any delay is inconvenient, this was a short disruption of a few hours—not a full lost day as described. Additionally, I provided a 50% refund for the inconvenience, which I felt was a fair and significant resolution under the circumstances. We take cleanliness and guest experience very seriously and have taken steps to ensure this does not happen again.
