Host was extremely gracious, informative and welcoming. House was clean and decently stocked. Plenty of space to accommodate two families with teen boys. Great area to make a sled run just across the street. Had open communication with host throughput our stay - she was so helpful! We were there during a storm and she was gracious to allow us to stay until it was safe to leave. She also coordinated her plow guys to help us unbury our cars. Definitely recommed!

Incredible house in Lake Tahoe!!! We spent a week with two families (4 adults, 6 kids) at this house. The bedrooms are fantastic -- including a wonderful bunk room with four built in beds. The living area is set up so everyone can hang out, cook, and watch TV. Probably the best stocked VRBO house we have ever rented -- kitchen had everything you could possibly need and enough of it for lots of people. The garage has a separate hang out area and gym with weights! Host is amazing -- responded to a few questions within minutes. Close to everything you want in South Lake Tahoe, but quiet and peaceful. We have rented multiple properties in Tahoe, but this is our favorite. We'll be back.

The house is beautiful, clean and the beds are so comfortable. I traveled to Tahoe with my husband and five boys and there was plenty of room. This house could easily accommodate two families. We came to Tahoe to ski and although there are pros to staying at a resort, we loved the quiet neighborhood and privacy of our own hot tub. The boys ended each night with a soak in the hot tub and some poker at the kitchen table.The house is very well stocked. I have stayed in many VRBO rentals that only stock one extra of everything. We did not have to buy toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. Tegan was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. I would 10/10 recommend! We loved our stay in South Lake Tahoe!

This neighborhood is perfect, houses are spaced far apart and you can literally hike across the street. It’s a quiet neighborhood but full of friendly people walking or biking always.
