About this property

We offer a beautiful custom home located in quiet a neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe. Decor is relaxing & cozy with a mountain theme. Located in secluded neighborhood with open lot to one side & National Forest behind the house.
Our 4 bedroom & 3 full bath home sleeps 12 comfortably. 1 bedroom w / queen bed, 2 bedrooms with queen size bunks, one upstairs & one downstairs. Master suite features king size bed with large double sink bathroom, huge shower & whirlpool tub. Master is large enough for sleeping bags or blow up mattress for kids & has a large walk in closet.

2nd bedroom upstairs has queen size bunk, full bath, with full size washer & dryer.

2 bedrooms downstairs with full bath & sitting area with TV & gas fireplace. Great place for kids to hang out. Lower deck access to the yard.

Upstairs offers an open floor plan with family room, kitchen, & dining area and hardwood floors. Large couches, loveseat & oversized chair snuggled in front of large gas fireplace & flatscreen TV.

Kitchen features double oven, 36' gas burner stove top, microwave, dishwasher, all appliances are stainless steel, slab granite countertop with high vaulted ceilings throughout.

Large dining table that seats 8-10 with kitchen countertop for 4.

Huge deck off family room which runs the length of the home to the master suite. Large BBQ & outdoor sitting for 6-8.

Lots of custom features throughout the home give you the Tahoe mountain vibe, with tons of windows to enjoy open space & great views.

We have high speed internet and wireless for multiple devices.

There is a Property Manager living in the neighborhood should you need anything during your stay.

This home is ideal for 2 families and prefer family rentals.

The home is located in an area for snowmobiling in the winter, snow shoeing & sledding options right out the back door.

Summer offers mountain bikes & hiking trails from the house & just a 10-minute car ride to the beach.

Family getaway

Me and my sisters family went up for ski week and had a blast. The cabin is beautiful and it snowed everyday which made it so much more magical. I loved the friendliness of the community and responsiveness of our host it was one of our best vacations.

Family Gathering for House Warming Party

Our nephew purchased a home in the neighborhood. Our extended family arranged a house warming party to celebrate this milestone. This house was within walking distance and comfortably accommodated our family.

Girls Weekend

Gorgeous location. Wonderful, well appointed house. Plenty of room for 9 women. Walk out the front door for hiking, short car ride to everything else. We will be back!
