We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self-check in upon arrival.

Please remember you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. There is no staff living on-site 24/7.

*Unit is in a townhome building.
*Each unit is allowed 2 vehicles (4 total), no commercial vehicles. There is parking in front of the building. Additional parking next to the blue dumpster and storage building.
*Each unit has a rear patio that is not fully fenced-in, but you will have your own space.
*Property has mid-term residents and other short-term renters on-site.
*We have 10 nearly identical townhouse units on-site. Please message us if you would like to book multiple units for larger groups.
*Commitment to COVID-19 enhanced sanitization cleaning process.

*We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: CVS, Giant, and Ocean State Job Lot.
*While we do not provide on-site laundry, Wind Gap Laundry and Tanning is a short 2-minute drive away and provides full-service laundry and dry cleaning.
*Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for $50 per cleaning. This is not a full cleaning but includes a turnover of linen/towels and a light overall cleaning. For stays over 2 weeks, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 2 weeks with fees paid prior to check-in.
*Rate is for up to 4 guests, $15/guest/night additional fee if over 4, up to the max occupancy allowed.

Guests must have a 100% verified profile to book. After making the reservation, a rental agreement will be sent to you. Please review and e-sign the rental agreement and send us your government-issued photo ID to complete the booking (kept confidential).

*Please note there is a motel adjacent to the property. Our property is private and safe, and we do not have any issues with the motel.

You will need a vehicle to get around. We strongly recommend that you travel in a 4WD/AWD vehicle during the winter season as we are located in the mountains and some roads/driveways are sloped and can get very icy.
