The living room boasts a JBL 7.1 Dolby Atmos Home Theatre sound system to enjoy your favorite movies or live sports events on the 85" Roku TV.

The kitchen is large and stocked with everything required to be a useful and functional kitchen.

The bedrooms all feature Roku TV's, ceiling fans and dimmable LED lighting.

The garage contains beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and a Level 2 EV Charger with a Tesla adapter that can charge a car in the garage or driveway.

Cleanliness and Safety are both paramount with Carbon+Smoke detectors in all three sleeping areas, Smoke+Heat detectors in all common areas, door locks & alarms on Pool access points, and hurricane impact protection.

We had an amazing stay at this property ! It is extremely clean , probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The backyard with pool , hot tub and Golf was perfect for our family. Very close to all restaurants and beaches. Clint was so great to deal with and communicated with us through the stay!Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay! The owners were SO responsive and gave lots of recommendations. The house was beautiful—and the pool, hot tub, and putting green were a hit with our whole family. The owners thought of everything, to make the stay wonderful. Loved how they included many things such as beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, bathroom essentials. Would highly recommend!!

We loved the house and the neighborhood was quiet. The location was convenient to everything we needed (beach, grocery store, gym, etc.). Our host was extremely responsive. We would definitely rent this home again.
