View from Arhontarikia Ouranoupoli

It is a private one storey summer holiday apartment of 60 sq.m., well maintained, with two double bedrooms ,a living room with one sofa-bed that can be converted to double bed, an open plan kitchenette, fully equipped with fridge, hot-plates for cooking, an oven, dishwasher, boiler and all necessary kitchenware and cutlery and a full bathroom with a huge shower cabin.

The space

The apartment can thus host up to 6 persons, it is relatively cool during the summer months and additionally equipped with ceiling fan at the veranda and a/c inside the house in order to offer a fully ventilated cooling system for the hottest days of the summer.

The neighborhood

It is situated 300m from Ouranoupoli at a quiet complex of about 50 small apartments with underground parking. It is only 100m from a not organized beautiful beach surrounded with pine trees, which is only a 5 minutes' walk from the apartment.

For winter visitors, there are wonderful mountain walks above Ouranoupolis and along the border of Mount Athos. Just one hour drive you can also enjoy the cave of Alistratis. The house is fully equipped with blankets, duvets and electric bedding in the beds.
