This unit (which we've stayed at a couple of times) has lovely views of the meadow and mountains. The property is fine with most everything you need but it's not going to blow you away and some of the furniture is Ikea/underwhelming (our bed slates gave way and I noticed that they had been duck tapped down because they're too short or something. We still had a nice time but reminded that summer in Central Oregon can be hot and without AC the upstairs in particular got warm for sleeping at night. The bunk room is particularly warm. Fans are included which helped some.

That's not the experience we want, and we're taking this seriously. We'll have our team inspect and properly repair those slats right away. You've also highlighted something important about summer heat upstairs. We're exploring better cooling solutions for future guests, as comfort during warm nights matters. The fans help, but we hear you that it can still be challenging, especially in the bunk room. We value guests like you who return and give honest input. It helps us improve.
