This is a fantastic rental. The living and dining area is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is modern and very well equipped. Two very comfortable bedrooms upstairs (one with a king bed) with lots of closet and storage space and a very nice bathroom (there is also a half bath downstairs). A full-size washer and dryer are also available inside the unit. The complex is in a quiet and safe neighborhood and parking is available right in front of the apt. door. We loved staying here and will definitely return next time we visit Dallas

The townhouse was adorable! Such cute decor and a great size. The host Jess was so easy to reach out to and handled any issue we had. (the A/C wasn’t working and she had it fixed the next business day). My only suggestion would to maybe add a few more essentials in the kitchen ( maybe some baking dishes?) especially since we had a long stay and used the kitchen often. Overall, the place was great and we would definitely use it again!

Everything was clean, the check in and out process was easy, but trying to communicate with the host took longer than expected. When my wife and our friends booked the weekend to go to a concert, to our surprise the A/C was not working properly. We spent sat and sunday basically in our underwear’s and small tank tops because it was unbearably hot. Although I reached out to the host regarding this issue, nothing could’ve been fixed during our stay. There are only fans in the rooms, but even then the fans did not cool down the place as the space is too big for the small room fans. 3 out 5 I’d recommend staying at this location.
