This is my second time staying here. It is very clean and comfortable. I didn't need to contact Alyssa for anything this time, but the last time, she answered my questions immediately and was very friendly. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

The house was as described, situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Alyssa was very helpful. We'll be back at the end of May!

House is clean. Fine for a couple and a child. The twin bed is a cot. The fold out couch is a “flip bed”. Wi-Fi is unstable at best. If you love train horns, this place is for you! Difficult to apply makeup, due to bad lighting. There is an empty in-ground pool in the backyard. The fence is falling down so there IS access to that hazard. With a few upgrades, this place will be great!

The house is clean and decorated very nicely. Locatio.n was a quiet street. We felt very safe. The host was wonderful! Alyssa responded promptly to our messages.

House was quiet and beds were good. The kitchen plumbing was up to date, but tub and shower did not feel secure-the tub faucet, caulking, etc. were shabby. The wi-fi, which also affected the tv, dropped out a lot, which was frustrating. The neighborhood was ok at best. But, don't look in the backyard. The overall experience was ok, but would not highly recommend it. The host was responsive before the trip. We didn't contact her after once we were at the house.

A perfect place to stay while attending parents’ weekend at Bard College. Spotless home, very cozy and comfortable, nice new linens (bed and bath) provided-beds were all made up and inviting. Kitchen stocked with snacks, coffee and coco pods. We had a wonderful time as a family watching a movie on the large tv snuggled together on comfy sectional in living room. As well as eating dinner and playing board games at kitchen table. We will be back for sure!

The house was perfect for us. Location was good for us also. The house was clean and neat. It was priced right. There were a few little quirks. I’m sure all will be taken care of after I share them with the host. We were comfortable in the family room. Our beds were comfortable and the kitchen worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this house and stay again. One thing I do not recommend it for children. Adults only.
