Three bedrooms, two baths, loft/office area with upper deck offer great space for family and guests. All the important amenities include five large screen smart TV's, surround sound and central air. Outdoors, the one acre property features a heated pool, hot tub, Weber stainless gas grill, gas fireplace and outdoor shower. Multiple entertaining areas, manicured lawns and blooming gardens are perfect for summertime entertaining and relaxing. Two week minimum booking. Sorry, No Pets.

Wonderful!

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks at the end of August. It was as lovely as the photos - and even better in person. A beautifully-designed, comfortable and spotless home. Good central location, accessible to all. Our host was very helpful and accessible throughout. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

Why they chose this property

The home is located on a very private acre and is easily accessible to the villages of Southampton and Sag Harbor as well as bay and ocean beaches. The home is also well equipped with high end kitchen appliances and utensils as well as furnishings.

What makes this property unique

Complete gut renovation in 2021, with refinished hardwood throughout, new windows, area rugs, bathrooms and kitchen.
