Tina's Lake House | Your Summer Getaway to the Heart of the Finger Lakes

Treat yourself to a lakeside escape when you stay at Tina’s Lake House. Located on the West-Side of Seneca Lake, this 4-bedroom home provides lake views from every room, private lake access, and plenty of personal parking. Step out your door and begin the morning with swimming, fishing, or sunbathing all available for your convenience. (Pets are welcome at Tina’s Lake House.)

Enjoy your days basking in the sun on one of our two docks or relaxing underneath one of the two covered-porches. Want to check-out the local attractions? You’ll find dozens of wineries, waterfalls, and trails within a 5 to 20-minute drive. The closest hiking creek is just up the drive and the nearest winery is only a couple minutes further up the road! Tina’s Lake House is located on the Finger Lakes Wine Trail just 20-minutes from Watkins Glen (wineries, lakeside marina, state park, restaurants), 20-minutes from Penn Yan (wineries, Keuka Lake parks, Mennonite & Amish shops, restaurants), and 35-minutes from the Del Largo Casino.

The Space
Drive-up to your lakeside escape and park right outside your front door. First floor includes a spacious living area furnished with living room seating and a tv, a large and well-equipped kitchen (includes a built-in desk and work station), a full bathroom (standing shower) and laundry area, and a bedroom with a double bed and tv. Second floor includes a bedroom with a double bed and tv, a bedroom with two twin beds and tv, the master bedroom with a king bed and tv, and balcony access from the hallway.

Outside, enjoy a gorgeous front lawn (150 feet of lakeside lawn), a private swim area, two docks, a boat lift (for boats up to 21 feet; no pontoon boats), two covered porches, a traditional firepit and a propane firepit (on covered porch), picnic tables, a grill, and lawn chairs.

Complimentary Amenities
We provide the following amenities for your convenience and comfort at no additional cost: a fridge stocked with water bottles, a Keurig machine with unlimited coffee pods, a washer and dryer, basic bathroom amenities (toilet paper, soaps, etc.), paper products (for days when “dishes” are not on the vacation agenda), linens and bedding, towels, high-speed wi-fi, air conditioning, and more! Guest access
At your 4pm arrival, the house will be unlocked and ready for you. The house is located at the end of a private drive and has room for several vehicles in the parking lot. If you are coming with boat trailer or car trailer, please call in advance and we will assist you with parking your trailer at our nearby property (the lakeside road will not accommodate a trailer.) Note: Do not drive down POPULAR PT RD. YOUR GPS is going to tell you to go down POPULAR PT RD. IT WILL NOT GET YOU TO THE HOUSE. Take Squaw Point Rd. to arrive at the house.

Tina’s Lake House was just what our family was looking for in a property. We enjoyed outdoor time on the deck and the gas fire pit was lovely. We were able to put our kayaks in and have a float off the dock in our inner tubes. We also enjoyed the grassy area…perfect for playing corn hole and perfect for our dogs. The location was great too, very close to the wineries and Watkins Glen State Park. We had a great vacation!

Tina was a welcoming and friendly host who was responsive with communication. The house has plenty of lakefront and a nice lawn large enough for my large dog to run around in.The house was very clean, and had plenty of dishes, towels, paper products, and silverware already stocked which makes the logistics for staying several days much easier.This house offered great views of the lake at all times of the day.

Tina was the perfect hostess and the property better than the photos depicted. Everything was clean and provided our party of eight and a dod with plenty of room an privacy. The upstairs bedrooms were spacious with seeating areas for a private moment. The lake access was perfect. We brought a boat and used the kayaks. Enjoy the covered seating area and we grilled out all nights except for one dinner. Could not have been happier with the check in process to the sadly waving goodbye.

This property was perfect for our family getaway. Pet friendly, clean & right on the water. The dock had a wide staircase into the water, which made entering the water easy peasy. One thing however, the steps are missing one step just before the bottom, so be aware of that. The water is crystal clear & clean. I had a great time swimming with my grandson. As advertised there were kayaks for our use. The host was wonderful & easy to contact. Vineyards all up & down the shore. One wonderful restaurant was, Smoking Pete's. Excellent food & drinks for dinning in or outdoors. There is also a great Amish store in Dundee. The area is wonderful. You can't go wrong with this rental. Spectacular views, sunrise & sunset.

Friends Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! The beds were comfy. There was plenty of seating and supply of basics like towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. The location was perfect. We were no more than 15-20 minutes from everything. Wineries and breweries just minutes away. The view each morning was spectacular even if the weather was not the best! Tina was very responsive with any questions!

Lovely and roomy property on the lake

All was good! Beds were comfortable, there was ample comfortable seating with good lighting to read by (not always the case at rentals!), and we very much appreciated the sheltered outdoor deck that we could use even in a light drizzle. Google maps is definitely confused on directions getting in but Tina gave us appropriate directions.

What a gem!

We had a wonderful stay!!! Tina Bowers thought of every comfort and convenience that we needed - paper products, coffee and water - what a load off. She is also a wonderful host and fun person to be around. It couldn't have gone better! Loved every minute of it!

Seneca Lake

This property is exactly as advertised. Tina is a great host and you can tell she cares about your stay. Very cute and friendly area. The house is spotless and stocked beyond what I would expect. Boat and kayak rental very close by made our stay really memorable. We used both the gas and ground fire pits. The porch is such a nice spot to sit at night. Morning coffee on the dock was priceless. My family and I plan to return for more great memories.

Bachelorette weekend

We had a great time celebrating my friend's bachelorette party! There was an issue with the septic that Tina handled wonderfully - she was genuinely apologetic about something she had minimal to no control over and gave us a portion of our money back due to the inconvenience. Great time on the lake

Perfect to relax with family

Went there for my daughter’s graduation, after a long road trip from SC to NY getting there and seeing that beautiful property ,right between a hill and the lake and being welcome for a friendly face was amazing! We did rest ,barbecue, kayaking and enjoy the charming town . I recommend this property if you kid is graduating from any college from Ithaca you will know you need to booked a year in advance to find a place that is unnecessarily expensive and has not much to offer. Here you will have everything in more just at 50 minutes ride from Ithaca . Thank you Tina !

On the lake

The house is right on the lake. We had no problems putting our kayaks in. The area is quiet and neighbors are friendly. House was well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. Covered porch was great to sit under in early morning and also when we had a rain storm. Just be careful when driving to house to follow correct road and the road is narrow. Otherwise the 8 of us adults had a great weekend.

Great Lake House

Tina’s Lake House was a perfect place for our family of 5 and our dog. There was plenty of room for everyone. Tina has the house stocked with everything you’d need or might have forgotten. The location was perfect. We were right on the wine trail and close to many golf courses. We loved being right on the lake and having our own dock, perfect for launching our kayaks (Tina even has kayaks for your use as well), fishing or just lounging in chairs relaxing. Our favorite spot was the Tiki patio with propane fire place! We spent every night there enjoying the beautiful lake. Tina was very easy to communicate with, and always was quick to recommend a place to rent a paddle board or a place to eat. Highly recommend Tina’s Lake House for your visit to the Finger Lakes. We will definitely be back!
