House of high standard within the hotel complex Sauipe Resort, in the Quintas de Sauipe Grande Laguna condominium, with 400m2 of private area area and 1200m2 of land w / garden, with dining room (50m2), living room (50m2) 4 suites w / air (25m2 each), finely decorated, composed with pool (50m2) with wet deck, gourmet space (40m2) with wine cellar, refrigerator, freezer, pizza oven and barbecue, table for 8 seats, of maid, terrace overlooking the pool, beautiful garden around the whole house with beautiful landscaping all lit and surrounded by nature, with fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, wine cellar, refrigerator, toaster, stove, mine electric oven, assorted kitchen utensils, private parking in front of the house, very ventilated, private beach with natural pool and fenced garden and lots of green area throughout the condominium.

Casa maravilhosa, super acochegante, muito bem decorada com moveis de qualidade, e muito bem equipada. Proprietario muito simpatico e atencioso. Tivemos a ajuda da Ana indicada pelo proprietario, de confiaça e responsavel, cozinhava muito bem, e deixava a casa sempre limpa. Ficamos 10 dias e ficariamos mais 10 se possivel! Voltaremos com certeza!!! Até breve!

Passamos dias maravilhosos no imóvel, o proprietário é muito caprichoso e atencioso. A casa é deliciosa, completamente integrada com a área externa, que é muito agradável. Foi uma semana maravilhosa! Optamos por uma casa com conforto e num lugar agradável, que pudéssemos descansar e desfrutar bons momentos em família. Escolha perfeita! Sem decepções! O proprietário a todo tempo extremamente atencioso e solícito. A casa em ótimo estado de conservação e limpeza. Tudo totalmente verdadeiro ao que foi anunciado nas fotos e no site. Condomínio super agradável e seguro. As crianças ficaram "soltas" andando de bicicleta com a maior tranquilidade e segurança. As caminhadas ao redor do lago no inicio da manhã e no final da tarde tornaram nossa estadia ainda mais agradável. O fato de estar dentro do Complexo de Costa do Sauípe também é um excelente benefício, já que temos um acesso prático a serviços e entretenimento (farmácia, capela, aluguel de bicicleta, lojas, restaurantes, etc). Uma comodidade em tanto! Viramos fregueses, voltaremos com certeza!!
